Went to this wellness centre after a long walk, it was modern looking and seemed well equipped. Price was reasonable but after getting changed we both(my wife and I) found the pool temperature quite cold. I moved to the Jacuzzi which was slightly better but not the temperature you would normally expect.
We only stayed 30+ minutes before deciding to call it a day.
The pool did have proper swimming lanes for serious swimmers which was good.
Not going back.

It's difficult to relax with the whistling, shooting and loud conversations, but the facility is very nice with a spectacular review. Personally, I wouldn't call it a spa, mainly because everyone is stamping around, shouting to each other and having long loud conversations in every sauna and open area. The management don't really set any roles here, and there are a lot of tourists from the hostel who don't know how to act in a wellness facility and spoil it for everyone else.

During off day from skiing, Following day skiing between Zermatt & Cervinia. I visited the Aqua Allalin Spa & Resort, To spend some time relaxing and re-couperating. It was very modern and had great views from the hot tub and in the chill out area outside on the balcony area. Really liked the Saunas and Steam bath room but the Hot Tub was my highlight. Changing rooms were impeccably clean and set out and staff were very polite and welcoming.

As a non skier I took the opportunity to have a massage and spa afternoon. I chose to have a classic one hour massage with Fernando. This was an amazing treatment, very professional and relaxing environment, definitely worth the price and there is a discount if you have a Sasstalcard from your hotel. The spa and sauna look out over the snow covered forest. It is truly serene and you can see the local wildlife in action. This is not a huge facility and I imagine quite easyly crowded but at 2pm on a Tuesday afternoon I had the place mostly to myself. Facilities were spotlessly clean, lockers and changing rooms had plenty of space to get ready with hairdryers provided.

I bought a ticket for the wellness area and the pool. The price is really correct, 27chf. They offer you towels , one for the pool and a lighter one for the wellness area. There are two saunas, a hammam, a jacuzzi and several showers (ice fog shower, mountain water , etc).
The view on the forest is magnificent, you can even spot some wildlife.

The queue for buying the ticker was growing and growing... and nobody was coming in spite the responsible was seeing all of us. Actually another member of the hotel had to come to tell her, please attend the people for the spa. It was my first time and this was obvious. First because I did not know where to go, second I did not even know what the citizenpass was and third because I SAID IT. Good, I buy the ticket for fitness and swimmingpool. Towels are an extra! in spite that this is miserable and poor (my goodness put the ticket 5chf higher and give the towel!, this is Saas fee, this is a miserable way of behaving!!!) but they did not tell you!! so you enter in the pool, downstairs and you do not have a towel because they did not inform you and they did not suggest you. When I claimed she told me: Well I thought you knew it.... OK, 1st time and LAST TIME

What a marvellous Wellness! It is brand new, very design, super clean and the view is breath-taking!
1 Jacuzzi, 2 Saunas, 1 Hammam and more. The place is really decorated with taste and the huge windows are overviewing the mountains.
A must go in Saas Fee.
Entrance fee is only 13chf for resident. Furthermore you also have access to a 25m swimming pool and a gym facility.

Due to snow there wasn’t much to do with a 4yr old. So after a morning of sledging through the town and enjoying the view of a metre dump of snow I took my daughter to Aqua Allalin. As she’s 4 she goes free and with the citizen card which the hotel gave me it was 10francs for me.
The facilities are great, clean and plentiful. Lockers can be used with the pass they give you after paying so no need to remember a coin. The swimming area has two pools. A really nice big pool for grown-up and big children and a smaller children’s area. The water here is shallow and safe. It’s also warmer and has a fun snake slide. There is a jacuzzi next to it and then a bigger flume which was also excellent. We spent a couple of hours having a fun time and it was perfect given the resort closure because of avalanche risk.
Would recommend for families and suggest if you’re coming to Saas Fee bring your swimming gear.

Had a brilliant massage here. Everyone was recommending this place and they were not wrong! I think I had Susannah. One of my best treatments ever and then a quality conversation about what I should do longer term. Worth every cent of the 95ch for 60 mins

After a sunny morning, the rain began. I popped into this place and booked a last minute massage! It was exactly what I needed after a 2 hour hike in the morning. I would recommend this service. There is a bar, swimming pool, gym and other facilities, but I didn't experience any of these.
