Just awesome. Knowing the place where Nestle cooks up all the foods we love!

This is a hug head quarter of Nestle that I have ever seen. But its just a building. No decoration to make it look any interesting at all.

This is a great building for a great company. I had the pleasure to speak at one of there conference some years back and with my recent visit to Lausanne I went pass this again just to see it. If you are nearby and you can go inside- do it.

The building right on the lake has beautiful views of the both lake and hillside. I didn't take the tourist tour, however, was taken on a tour of the 6th floor with all of the various business segments laid out. I learned of many brands that are under the Nestlé umbrella but don't have the Nestlé name. Nestlé is doing... More

We really enjoyed the tour and the history surrounding the factory. Watching how the chocolate is made and sampling the fab chocolates. The factory has some great scenery all around it. You can purchase chocolate at discount prices. Everyone left very happy.

The original Y-shaped glass building was built in the Sixties by an avant-garde (at the time) Swiss architect and is a classified heritage site. It includes a very impressive helicoidal free-standing staircase and the view from the immense lobby is breath-taking. The other buildings somewhat spoil the rest but the site is well taken care of. Was able to tour the facility, had lunch in the cafeteria and coffee on the outdoor patio overlooking Lake Geneva. This truly is the ultimate place to work. Nestle's focus on people and healthy living is top notch.

The name "Palais" does not exist. The HQ houses 1'500 employees not counting other offices situated in Vevey. The HQ of Nestlé Swiss is separate and situated between Vevey and La Tour de Peilz Nestlé is extremely important in the area, suporting many cultural activities, apart from the obvious benefit to the town of a major international company being based...
