This is a beautiful turquase-coloured mountain lake. But it is not kept natural as it is surrounded by fences and converted into a money-making place. A small part is still accessible freely. The water was not crystal clear as I expected. At the end of...More
Probably this is the most beautiful lake I have seen. They have very good facilities around the lake. You do not have to bring too much food or beverage with you, as they have very good restaurant and bar inside this facility.
We were disappointed first of all at the checkout
at the ticket office they let us in, even though they saw that we had two dogs with us and we paid a good 12 fr each for four people.

Beautiful scenery and very well groomed park. The water is as blue as tropical beaches! But be not mistaken, it comes right down from the Alps! So be prepared for a very refreshing swimm. (Mum I don’t feel my body anymore kind of refreshing 🤣)...More

The Caumasee is beautiful. Water is breathtaking so clean you can see the bottom. Restaurant/bar is also convenient and reasonable. Definitely suggest for family and couples a place to relax and enjoy the nature.
It is a very nice small lake between the mountains. In the summer you can even swim in it or rent a canoe. There is a small restaurant with a lake view terrace close to it. It was an easy 40 minutes walk from Flims.

Yes of course and there should be no snow and you can take an easy and relax walk around the walk or other trails as they are linked together. You should bring some snacks & enough water as there is no shop around there but there is one local restaurant where you can consider to have light lunch there. Trails range from 45mins to some 2-3hours.
According to the official Caumasee website, dogs may be taken on walks around the lake on a lead, but are not allowed in the swimming area in the summer season. They can be taken on a lead to the restaurant.
