Exceptionally poor / Disinterested staff & unhygienic
Feb 2020
Giving x1 point rating as it does not allow me to give zero stars

Exceptionally poor - Hygiene is very bad, visited a couple of times when the facilities opened on a Saturday, clearly not cleaned prior to opening, food on tables from the previous day, watched staff simply wipe onto floor & not deal with.

Is under resourced by disinterested teenagers, queue for food is painful, again not enough staff to deal with volume of people which frankly is concerning given the nature of the business. After queueing for 20 minutes to be served, no thanks for your patience / sorry to keep you waiting, at 10am in the morning told there's only x1 sausage roll left (which is fine BTW) & subsequently told a sausage roll is a 20 minute wait for food. To stress, food is not cooked here its smashed into a microwave at very best, not even given the option to take it cold!

After this decided to bring this to the attention of a manager, no senior staff on duty & told I have to write in as the people who run the place have nothing to do with the day to day operations. No empathy from staff on reception, agreed that there wasn't enough staff.

Avoid this place like the plague, many more places around, ones that are clean, have trained & engaged staff as opposed to disinterested teenagers who are only interested at looking down at their mobile phones with no Senior Members of staff available to listen to Customer Feedback

Great place but staff uncaring
Dec 2019 • Family
My 2 year old was attacked twice by the same child on the second occasion bitten on the face and scratched around the back of the neck drawing blood.
Can't blame Tiny Town for that, however upon asking 3 members of staff if they had some first aid to apply on the cut I was grumpily pointed in the direction of the so called first aider who couldn't give a monkeys.
So we left and won't return as health and safety of children seem low on their agenda.
Shame as our 2 boys loved the place.

Autism Friendly - so welcoming & understanding
Dec 2019
Tiny Town has always been such an incredibly special place for my younger brother (who is on the autistic spectrum), he has so many fantastic memories from visiting throughout his childhood! The staff are always so wonderfully kind & welcoming to the whole family, and their understanding & accepting attitude towards my brother is genuinely heartwarming. To see how calm, happy & confident he becomes whilst playing at Tiny Town is beyond words, and means so very much to our whole family! Thank you everyone at Tiny Town, you are all superstars!!!

Worn down
Sep 2019 • Family
Needs completely refurbishing and deep clean, staff always seem unenthusiastic and ready to go home. Just so worn down is such a shame.

Lovely place

I brought my 2 little boys to this place as a treat. They loved running around and they enjoyed the slide into the ball pit the most as well as the big blue slide

Don’t bother
Aug 2019
Took my grandson for a couple of hours Started to panic if we went over the two hours would be charged another £7 which was not worth the admission price The place is dirty the toilets smell so bad Dirty water bubbling up in one of the sinks We brought food which is expensive for what you get a small panini with some mashed up tuna and sweet corn no mayo or cheese and a few lettuce leaves charged £5 served on a plastic plate no cutlery and a sausage roll for my boy £3.30 then only ate the pastry because he said the meat tasted horrible even the coffee had a weird taste But they seemed to selling a lot of food I wonder if everyone thought the same as me The party huts was a shed with tatty decoration This was our first visit and after visiting another in Maidstone this was dreadful We won’t be coming again defiantly not a place for us needs a deep clean and a tidy up

Perfect for a rainy day.!
Aug 2019 • Family
I took two of my children here and they had a great time, they didn't quite last the allocated 2 hour's as they were very hot. A coffee and 2 bottle's of flavoured water came to £5.60 so not as expensive as some play area's I've been to in the past. Overall I'd say Tiny Town is good value for money.

Birthday Party
Apr 2019 • Friends
I had my son’s birthday party here in April. I hadn’t been for a long time and I guess I should of checked before booking and paying over the phone. Although I must say the lady on the phone was most professional.
The place was in need of a good clean and was very tired looking. The sofas were ripped by the football pitches. The place is just run by young people no visible management presence. Lucky we had booked a football party so the children just used the football pitch area and had a good time, as kids do!
The hut for the food was in need of a good hoover and clean, clearly not cleaned up from the last party. The food was ok but nothing special, most of the un appetising sandwiches were left!
I wouldn’t re book here until some money was spend on updating and cleaning this venue.
My son had a great time which was the main thing I guess!

Great place for children

Went with our two grandchildren who love this place. You need to get there early otherwise it becomes far too crowded. Parking in the area is not good
