The Christmas House (Weihnachtshaus) is situated on Westerende, an idyllic street in the centre of Husum. The building - a cultural monument from the end of the 19th century that has been carefully restored - houses one of the most comprehensive collections on Christmas, displaying several thousand ehibits on three storeys.

Lots to see over 3 floors, plus a video of how some decorations are made. Interesting to see different decorations and the different decorations on the Christmas trees.

If you are a christmas freak, the this is the place. It's open all year, but it makes more sence when you are already in Husum for the Weinachtensmarkt, wich are just outside the shops door. If you cant find yourself a new christmas decoration in here, then you must have A LOT in advance :)

This small house hiddent in a residential neighbourhood of Husum treasures so many christmas jewels that will make you inner child and nostalgic side rocket. A unique place to visit if you have extra time in the city with a little christmas store that will allow you to get christmas decoration and "sourvenirs" all year around.
