This place has everything! And in no particular order. It’s great - if you don’t want to look at cars anymore, the next thing in the line is a huge steam locomotive. Or a WW I German warplane hanging from the ceiling. Or a two-person...More
Visited with family and friends. Lots to do and buttons to press. The old organs in the main exhibition hall which you could set playing for a nominal sum added an extra dimension to the visit. Seeing the space shuttle was a highlight and the...More
This is quite simply, one of the most amazing museums I have ever visited. A massively diverse selection of exhibits covering everything from Submarines to Spacecraft and everything in between.

Wonderful array of vehicles - the highlight is the 747 high above the museum with access to the bits of the plane you don't normally see.
There is also a Buran (the Soviet Shutlle).
The descriptions are copied in English - but some of the...More
There’s really so much to do and see, this is a great example of a transport museum done well. Some of the exhibits are squeezed in a bit tight and space, internally at least, is restricted, but spend enough time there and have a real...More

Yes agree there may be public transportation between Speyer ad Sinsheim but that is not a simple connection. Speyer and Sinsheim are about 40 Km apart which is not much but there is so much to see in both locations that it is difficult to do both location sin one day. If this has to happen then there is no time to waist in public transportation and one needs to use a car. The Museum offer two day packages
