This is a dream if you do like airplanes, cars, boats, space, trains etc. Especially the 747 is interesting to walk through and be able to see a lot of the things not normally visible.

This Museum is amazing. We´ve been there twice, on Nov 2011 and Nov 2017. Buying tickets with I-Max movie theater included worth the money. Climb the 747 stairs and slip through the tube many times....great idea! Explore every spot and detail. Perfect for kids with...More

The museum is amazing. Also the IMAX movies are nicely selected. As the museum is huge, plan to spend at least 4 hours in it.

The variety of planes, traiins and automobiles is astounding! Beautifully restored old cars; a replica of the Red Baron's WWI plane, an old German submarine and a number of large planes (747) to climb on to: Luftansas, U.S. Navy fighters, etc., This is worth a...More

This indoor/outdoor museum has a whole lot of stuff in it, but it isn’t very well organized. A lot of the exhibits are also not translated into English. There are several fun things for the kids to look at, play on and touch. We had...More

This is a great way to see how transport has changed over the years. There is an opportunity to walk into a 747 and stand on its wing, walk inside a U boat, and a Russian transport train. If you climb to view the 747...More

This is a huge and very impressive museum with a mixture of amazing technological miracles and weird curiosities on show (though of course one doesn't preclude the other). Horrifying, though, to see how much ingenuity and genius went, and still goes, into designing terrifyingly destructive...More

The content of this place is astonishing - a huge collection of totally-unconnected exhibits from bicycles to jet engines. Once I got over the sheer quantity of things to look at, I found it frustrating that everything was SO random - a handful of fire...More

Technik Museum Speyer This is a marvellous place, celebrating 20th century engineering. Even my wife, who is quite bored by my obsession with aeroplanes, was fascinated. I won’t describe the exhibits - just mention that they are well presented and mention some highlights: - the...More

This museum is amazing! Many of the signs are in German and English so it was easy for us to explore. The 747 - wow - just wow. The space exhibit was fantastic - it includes US and Russian exhibits. The trains - so many...More

Yes agree there may be public transportation between Speyer ad Sinsheim but that is not a simple connection. Speyer and Sinsheim are about 40 Km apart which is not much but there is so much to see in both locations that it... More
