This church is simply stunning, it is very ornate, take a look at some of the graves in the graveyard, some of the young men died in World War 2, in fact one grave contains the remains of three brothers, how sad, a reminder of mans inhumanity to man.

This is a beautiful Church, located on mountain top near central Ruhpolding. Although the outside is a bit simple, the inside is very beautiful. Walk around for a great view if the surrounding landscape. If you like cemeteries you can visit the nearby one (I don't).

This church is situated on a hill overlooking the town . It is some climb to reach it but is well worth the climb. We attended the Mass on the Sunday and enjoyed the experience even though we could not understand the sermon we were able to follow the service and the singing was very good. We found an easier way down at the back of the church by a walk for pedestrians.
