We came here for a marriage retreat and really liked it so it was an easy choice to come back. It’s a bit expensive, so, make sure you budget for your trip. We had wonderful time.

We visited this spa early January 2019. They have a no-women slide at the spa, which is not communicated at least to English speaking guests. When my wife asked why is one of the slide only for men, the lady in charge of the slide...More

As you can see from the descriptions and reviews, this place is huge. I visited only the spa area, so this review is limited to that part. All I can say is that this place is awesome. I hate that word, but in this case,...More

Had a great time, clean and efficient. Felt good to relax in the nude in the warmth eventhough it was cold outside. Not to crowded, being able to purchase a drink in the big pool was fun. We purchased the MVV pass at the station...More

It is very easy to get to from Munich. The website advises visitors to get the bus from Altenerding station, but you can easily get to the spa on foot in some 10-15 minutes along a well lit path. Upon arrival you get a watch,...More

Look I loved it but for the price you pay it’s kinda average. The reason is it’s like a giant aquatic centre but with a massive nude area. Don’t get me wrong I love to rock out with my cock out but I’ve been to...More

The first day we arrived around 4pm, and the place was packed. Long queues in front of every single slide, the floors and toilets were dirty, and swimming was rather ploughing your way through thousands of bodies. The wave pool was fun around 6pm as...More

A day here seems to have the effect of a week vacation. It does accommodate larger crowds due to its size. You will always find a Sauna that is not full. Coming back here as often as possible for over 13 years now :)

No experience but you should book ahead so they can reserve the treatments. Personnally I prefer just to go the saunas on such a spa day and have some small bites in between.

Therme Erding on a Saturday night in the summer (0 Replies)
We are flying back home to the states on Sunday morning and thought Therme Erding might be a fun final night in Germany for our family (kids aged 12 and 17). Is it just crazy on a Saturday night? This would be in August so we know it will be busy, but is it so busy as to no longer be fun?

My wife and I, both just turned 40, and we are heading to Munich in January. "Please provide any thoughts or helpful information about Munich in January if there is anything that we should know." It will be quite different from New Orleans weather wise. But still fun.
