I last visited in February 2015, and really enjoyed myself. Five years on the prices have barely changed (EUR 46 for a day ticket covering both the spa and the flumes) and food and drink is a similar price to what you'd pay in central Munich. The summer flumes were brilliant; I loved the skeleton bob chute and the 'half pipe'. The indoor flumes were as good as ever. TIP: If possible go on a weekday; I've been twice on a Monday and it hasn't been too busy.

Being in Germany with Teens has been quite an adventure. Here is a place the entire family can enjoy from the Wave Pools to a variety of slides both inside and out. The water park/spa is open from 10am-11pm. There are several restaurants to choose from with a variety of food. The park is connected to the Victory Hotel. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. You can also reserve nice lounge chairs and tee pee like huts to rest in. There are chairs inside and out to enjoy a nice relaxing day of fun.

We have been visiting Therme Erding regularly a few times per year since 2012 - the textile-free part. This wa our worst experience so far and we are not planning to return in foreseeable future. The price is in fact more than before because you are advised to book online to guarantee entry (for a fee). We never needed this all the past years but you don't really want to travle 400km to be turned away. Approximately 30% of the saunas and attractions are closed. The sauna ceremonials ar non-existent and you need to queue up na hour befor the 'ceremonial' to get an entry token - that is, if you are lucky enough to be admitted. The sauna capacity is ridicolously low, with a hand-wtitten figure on each door. (Over)zealous staff was visiting the saunas to make sure the numbres as well as distances are kept. You coud still enjoy a dring in the inside pool bar but were forbidden to sit at the outside pool bar. What a scientific approach :-( The usual cheerful, happy atmosphere was gone with grim faces around.

Dear Michael, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear, that you could not enjoy your stay to the fullest this time. We are currently still in the test phase with this system and will continue to optimise the processes on site. In addition, we are constantly expanding our offer and do our best every day to be able to offer even more promotions. Some of our saunas are currently closed due to government regulations. These are saunas with a temperature lower than 60 degrees and steam baths. We ask for your understanding that the current situation is also a challenge for us. We will gladly forward your feedback to the responsible department. We hope to welcome you soon again.Your spa team

Excellent facilities are badly let down by unfriendly, moody and unhappy staff. Credit to sauna guys for being enthusiastic, vibrant and for sweating with us together. Everybody else across the board are in urgent need for hospitality training. English speakers among staff are hard to find. Thankfully some guests were very helpful in communication with staff. IT DOESN'T COST A DIME TO SMILE!!!!!!
