Although there isn't much to see when you arrive at the top of the castle except the very cool Jura Museum, Willibaldsburg is definitely worth the brief hike up the hill. You can see all of Eichstaett on both sides of the castle. Beautiful views...More

On top of the mountain where the castle is set, you got a great view over the valley and the town itself. Recommended for a summer evening where you can take some food/drinks with you and enjoy the nature.

I have always loved coming here. The walk up the hill is a bit exhausting, but so, so worth it. The museum is very educational and natural. There is so much to see and learn!
