Very friendly, excellent and efficient service, good kit (we hired skis and boots) and the store was happy to have snow boots left in the shop on first and last day, to avoid multiple trips up the hill to the chalet. Would recommend.

Book your boards or skis in advance for the discounts but don't expect to pay the cheapest rate around but do expect good equipment and a thorough service which includes exchanges if you don't make the right choice first time. French, functional efficiency with not much to smile about but they do the job.

This ski hire shop is well equipped for experienced skiers with well-serviced and very new equipment. We had pre-ordered and got what we needed with minimal delays. The staff were friendly and helpful. We changed one set of skis mid-week for no charge because of the weather conditions.

We were a large group and Intersport catered and handled the group with great patience and excellent customer service. The equipment was good and the service was great.

Paid for ski hire for our 7 year old in advance. Waited an hour and still wasn't served. Queue skipping and bribes seemed acceptable.

We were referred here by Chalet Hattiers (Chardons) and found the experience an absolute shambles. From collection day to returns day this place tried its hardest to provide the worst service ever recorded.
90 minute wait to collect ski's
Shouting at children to move
Shouting at adults to move
Refusing to change an oversize helmet because it wasn't one of theirs (despite admitting they had provided it)
Trying to charge 15 Euro's for a dropped child's pole despite taking out the Insurance
Shouting at a 5 year old child to be quiet whilst waiting for over an hour to return ski's
AVOID

We nearly always use Intersport for our ski hire. Always friendly and helpful in store, but best to book on line in advance for best deals.
