Visited Tignes with my daughter and she had new boots fitted. Excellent service. Sorted her out with quality rental skis not the usual 2 year old knackered skis. Quality kit at a decent price.

From minute one of contacting Kieran of Tigne Spirit i have been so impressed. The shop is located about a 10 minute walk outside the main centre of 2100 Le Lac - but the walk is worth every single second! From the first point of walking in the shop we were all shown the highest level of customer care and attention. The whole team are focussed on making sure that you have the best time, best and most perfectly fitted equipment possible. The after care is the same. We've had a couple of damage issues through accidents and they have sorted it with incredible service. I've skied for 25 years plus and I can say that I have never had such an amazing service. If you are skiing in Tigne you have to go to this shop. Thank you Tigne Spirit - I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My transfer was late but still managed to get skis in time for first lifts. Skis were the model I requested and brand new as were boots. Staff were helpful knowledgeable and friendly as well as interested on my return of equipment how I found it. Location is easy to find right next door to the supermarket - tignes isn’t huge a 10 min walk or 2 mins on the free bus. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone hiring equipment here - they also stacked a lot of skis and ski gear.

Cannot fault Tignes Spirit for responding to a rental request early evening pre-season. Skis were delivered and fitted within 20 minutes of enquiry, by people very knowledgeable about the equipment, skiing and the resort. Spirit equally efficient on pick up at end - always gave clear communication and met their commitments. So easy to deal with.

Tignes Spirit provides a great service and customer care. Open to 11pm on Saturday they picked us from our apartment to fit the boots and skis and dropped us off again. Lots of communication during our stay to check we were all ok. English speaking and incredibly helpful.

Recommend by our chalet hosts. We were not disappointed! From entry into the door the staff were magnificent. Advice price available perfect. We really wish them a fantastic season. Would certainly recommend for future users. Many thanks once again Helen and pete. Chalet Ramo.

Absolutely outstanding service from beginning to end. A group of 10 family members ranging from 10 yrs old to 73 yrs old all needing ski equipment. We received excellent help with every small detail from the staff in the shop. Nothing was too much trouble and all done with lots of chatting and advice. The communication from the shop was outstanding. I had check in phone calls before my holiday, the day I arrived, during the holiday and at the end. Highly recommend 10/10

We booked this due to staying at Apex2100 and the discount associated. Glad we did because whilst it saved money the team in Tignes Spirit certainly didn't scrimp on service. Very attentive and personable making the whole process relaxed and enjoyable as ski hire can be a pain (on a number of levels) and my daughters first choice of boots were to tight which was greeted by no problem I have just the boot for her. The young man that served us was brilliant and we left looking forward to our week of skiing... Not the same in some of the others ski hire in Tignes. Will book here every time in the future.

I needed a new helmet. Thinking I would have to shop around I started at Tignes Spirit first. The advice and support I received was great, the selection was good and the price was right. No shopping around needed. Purchased and very happy. Thank you.
