Thank you ZigZag for helping to make our week in Samoens so enjoyable. 😊 My two daughters (ages 7 & 9) were in a group of five children with Thibault (Silver medal level). He was fun and relaxed and brought them on so much in one week. They definitely learned and enjoyed it so much more as part of a smaller group. This was their third year skiing (first in Samoens) and they would come back to Samoens just to go to ZigZag! My sister and I also did three days of lessons (Level A2) with Regis as part of a group of four people. Regis is also a very good instructor and very personable. He is good to communicate technical points on how and where to improve one's techinque and he does so in a relaxed and patient manner. He was able to judge each person's level well and we got so much out of the lessons. ZigZag was recommended to me by a friend and I would highly recommend ZigZag to anyone going to Samoens. We had Philippe teaching us snowboarding and was really good and would 100% recommend using him and the company. Organising it prior to our visit was also really easy and they were always super fast responding to my emails as I was having a little panic about what I was booking and making sure correct place but they sorted it all for me and met us on time every day. Plus we can both now snowboard much better. Thanks all.

I’m so delighted to share the experience I had with ZigZag… from start to finish the service online was very helpful and friendly. I booked two sessions with an instructor to improve my confidence, as I only ski once a year. I can’t express how happy I was with my lessons. I immediately felt comfortable with my instructor and she stretched my abilities, giving me the confidence to trust her, and myself! I wouldn’t have seen so much of the beautiful mountain slopes, had I not had such a kind teacher. So many useful tips to practise, friendly and professional, and overall made my experience of Samoens really shine! I will definitely be booking again next year.. Our two boys, 4 and 5, joined a small group to learn to ski from Samoens 1600. This was their first ski holiday and they absolutely loved it. Sylvaine, the instructor, was wonderful and struck up a great rapport with both, which was excellent as one of the boys is a little shy. They spent the mornings with Sylvaine whilst my wife and I skied and we picked them up at lunchtime. They wanted to carry on skiing all day. By the end of the week both boys could cope with blue runs and the eldest was fine on reds. Our experience of ZigZag was the best it could have possible have been and we look forward to going back next season.

Thank you Didier for a fantastic lesson with our 8 year old beginner. She had never been skiing before and we couldn't believe the progress she had made after 2.5 hours with Didier. We couldn't book group lessons as we were only over for a short break, but the private lesson was well worth it. It got her off to a great start and now she can't wait to go skiing again. Great experience for adult/teen beginner classes thanks to Caterina. Caterina has always been smiling, energetic and energetic. Always attentive for everyone, reassuring and very kind. My daughter and her friend (two 14 year olds) were delighted to discover skiing with her. And our daughter was even able to overcome these fears to end the stay by going down the Dahu track with confidence (Little mess to pass to Caterina if possible, she will recognize her 😉). A little extra for our teenagers: courses that can be in English to mix the useful with the pleasant 😬

Highly recommend zigzag ski school! Friendly and helpful team that really made sure that they look after their customers. Reasonable prices, even gave us a discount for our family lessons - very kind! Super responsive to emails and ready to offer advice, support and suggestions to make sure that we got the most out of our week in resort. Our instructor, Sergio was brilliant! He is very experienced and made sure that everyone was having fun whilst learning. He took us to both Morillon and Samoens, knew all of the runs and the best times to ski them, ensuring that it was never too busy and that we could learn at a pace that suited our mixed group of skiers. We had a fantastic time and we will be back with zigzag next season!

My kids and husband took private ski lessons with Claude from ZigZag for 5 days. The kids loved how patient and relaxed Claude was especially as the mountain became busier over the Christmas period. The kids felt safe and well instructed with Claude at all times. Claude knows all the trails at Grand Massif well. They learned a huge amount during the 5 days and really progressed their ski level. The staff at ZigZag were really accommodating to changes due to some chair lifts not being open and helped to customise the experience for us so that we had an exciting and adventure filled week.
