It was excellent trip, great view on the sea, nearby our accommodation. We started from La Fossette, which was clever because part of path from St-Clair was under water and not clear. Unfortunately I have not pictures of the trickier parts of path, because I had two bags and my girlfriend on my back.... Took us 1,5 hour from La Fossette to St-Clair, path was ok but I had too many baggage and one of them was cursing all the time... So I maybe recommend it for more sportier persons, not for little children and older ones.

Beautiful hike along the coast, small old path with some stairs and ropes to get from beach to beach. Start in Le Lavandou near the tunnel towards St Clair, walk the path, cross the St Clair beach and walk all along another small path to Plage de la Fosette. Amazing hike!! Not difficult, but do wear trainers.

This convoluted path on the rocks by the sea is delightful and goof fun!

It can be done with a good pair of grippy sandals. Would not recommend flip flops.

Best done in the morning as it gets really hot in full summer.

On the second section from St Clair to La Fosset much is a very narrow path amongst the rocks with some of it broken by the sea and steep falls down to the rocks and sea below - we met the paramedics stretchering a fall casualty. Only recommended for the very fit and agile in proper footwear and then at your own risk.

The Sentier is a walk between the beaches of Saint Claire & Le Lavandou. It runs along the lower edges of the cliff just above sea level. It is mostly man made & would average about 3 feet wide. Is relatively safe but not for the faint hearted. The walk goes on further along the cliff and takes about an hour in total - one way. It’s not easy to find places to exit but is an enjoyable walk.

An exceptionally beautiful stretch of coastal path from Le Lavandou as far as plage la colette. A bit tricky in parts, plus it can get hot.

Care is needed when walking this path, i.e. flat shoes, but it is worth it. Much more interesting route from the beach at St. Clair to Le Lavandou than the road route.

A great way to enjoy the coast line of France. A hidden gem between pine forest and the the. A walk in the shade of pine trees interrupted by beautiful sandy beaches and rocky bays. Recommended for all ages and even in hot summer days

The part of the trail between the beaches of Saint Claire & Le Lavandou is an easy walk on the solid well built path and will suit most people - I took it several times with my 70 yo mother and she never met with any difficulties.
