Amazing sandy beach for all ages. Really long walk on the promenade or the sand below. Tide comes up high but still plenty of space for the kids to play. Lovely restaurant on the front is fairly reasonably priced with nice views and great service....More

We walked from one end of the promenade.to the black rock junction. It was wonderful. Spotlessly clean. So many places to stop and have a coffee or a snack.

Went with bucket spade and body board for a few hours late afternoon mid summer with family. Locally beach. very soft sand. Warm sea and close to the bustle of the town. Great day out

Went for a walk during the twilight zone. Really breathtaking scenery. Its so calm and peaceful. Especially after dark. Would recommend for anyone who wants to go for a walk.
