Our family recently were most fortunate to spend a day on tour with Olivier, who drove us in his lovely new Mercedes vehicle through the Somme battlefields area. Olivier is meticulous in his explanations and detail, is extremely well-organised, conveys interesting informative facts about the war and tailored the tour to our family excellently, including to our 12 and 9yo... Olivier was fantastic, he took each of us (6 guests) to the place of most interest to each person; For me it was a great uncle Alf's grave in the Cemetery extension at Millencourt. Olivier knew which battle (Dernancourt 3rd April 1918) and in which field Alf had been killed. My great uncle had been buried in a mass grave... More

We would highly recommend Olivier, there was no aspect of his tour we could fault. He was punctual, comprehensive in his description of the conflicts and obliging in his inclusion of our specific requests for information pertaining to our relatives' involvement in the particular battles of Bullecourt and Pozieres. This is an area where Olivier's tour was a highlight of... More

My mother and sister and I arranged a tour to visit the grave of my great grandfather. Olivier was very friendly and knowledgable and far exceeded our expectations of what we would be able to see relating in particular to our relative.

Olivier was a most knowledgable and entertaining guide - we could not have asked for better. He made our lifelong dream to visit Canadian World War I sites a wonderful reality. We had some challenges getting to the Vimy Ridge site from Paris due to a railway strike, and Olivier was most helpful in finding an alternative train route, including... More

My daughter and I Left Paris early to travel to Amiens to meet Olivier for the most incredible and emotional day visiting the memorials and the Battle sites where my great uncle and my husbands' great uncle were killed. We had looked at train times the night before, arrived Gard De Nord for the 7.00am train to Amiens, to find... More

We arranged a tour with Olivier to visit the Somme Battlefields and to spend a little time at the grave of my great uncle. By email, I explained that we are Australians and my husband is of Canadian origin. Olivier crafted the most wonderful tour that provided the context of the Somme battles (British, French and German) and then focused... More

We took the tour with Olivier just last week. He met us promptly at the St Quentin station. If you are coming from Paris, the train leaves from Gare du Nord just after 7. Olivier has trench maps and the GPS indicates where you are in relation to the ten he's as you go along. The tour of Vimy Ridge... More

Hello, thank you for your kind testimony. Yes, I'm sorry that the visit of the Grange tunnel wasn't possible during the tour, because of the strike at the SNCF, we started the tour later. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. More

My sister and I spent two very meaningful days touring battle sites with Olivier. One of those days was a personalized tour. I hold dual Australian and Canadian citizenship, and, wanted to see "everything". Olivier was able to craft a tour that took full advantage of our limited time. He was unfailingly interesting, considerate, and superbly knowledgeable. Needless to say,... More
