If you are coming from a big city and need a calm break ,this trip is the best option. The location is 10-15 minutes walk from the train station of Amiens and 5 minutes walk from Cathedral Notre Dame d'Amiens. They open in the afternoon...More
We enjoyed a pleasant walk in parkland and along the river banks where produce was traditionally grown and sold. The motorized punts are now used to transport tourist but we didn't use them. The area is very peaceful and colourful, clearly used by the locals,...More

I did not see any other dogs on the day that my wife and I went on the trip. To be honest I would be surprised if pets were allowed however well behaved. If you can get your question translated into French then you could always Google the site that handles the bookings: hortillonnages-amiens 'Puis-je amener mon chien avec moi sur ce voyage?' may work although, sadly, I do not know what well-behaved is in French.
