Staff were welcoming and very helpful. We went to Cambrai for the Cambrai 100 commemorations. They had information about events in the town but nothing about events in Flesquires nearby which held many events.

I think the previous reviewer has confused tourist information office with the town hall. The staff in here are very helpful, the building itself is really old and amazing. You can even go downstairs and see the medieval cellars. There are tunnels you can explore...More

Personally I have no idea but have you considered taking a folding bike? You can take them on Eurostar and on French trains although you might need a carrying bag for the bike.
