Let's visit Airbus is the experience, where you can visit in a guided tour the real facilities of Airbus in Toulouse, the main city in the south of France. Here you can see in a video the test that an Airbus need to pass to...More
As a keen aviation enthusiast and frequent flyer I was really looking forward to this visit. I chose the chance to see final assembly of the A380; the alternative was to see the production line of the A350. As each tour lasts 90 minutes, it...More

With my 8 years old son we visited the Discovery tour. The best part is the assembly line - it was so interesting I wish we could stay there longer. We saw 3 planes being completed inside and about 10 other planes being tested outside....More

I decided to stay on the other side of Toulouse, to be close to the railway station. Public transport is cheap and easy to use; in my case it was underground train into the centre then tram out to Blagnac - as others have reported, it was a pleasant 15 minute walk from the Aeroscopia tram stop. Keep to the left initially to walk through a park rather than a building site.
I thought that the photo ban was for taking photos of their aircraft under construction. I wasn't allowed to take photos of the campus buildings with my iPhone. You can carry your phone but they don't allow you to take... More
I thought that the photo ban was for taking photos of their aircraft under construction. I wasn't allowed to take photos of the campus buildings with my iPhone. You can carry your phone but they don't allow you to take photos of ANYTHING! Bad corporate policy in my opinion.
