Local history of art museum that has a little bit of everything. Beautiful 17th century English Mortlake tapestries, children's artwork, clothing styles from different eras, natural history. Nice museum. Enjoyed our visit

The staff were helpful and pleasant and I noticed they dealt courteously with a difficult English speaking individual. The exhibits were well presented and told a fascinating story of the area. I will return.

Museum content was quite good, but the staff in the main museum area need an attitude transplant or possibly just a good slapping - very grumpy and unwelcoming. Maybe they were bored as are there so many of them for such a quiet museum, and as it was Friday afternoon and they wanted to get home for the weekend? By... More
