Spend the day exploring Normandy’s highlights—and learn more about the region’s World War II–era and medieval history—on this immersive tour. Set out in the morning from your hotel, and travel via comfortable vehicle. First, visit key D-Day landmarks, including Pointe du Hoc and Omaha Beach, before transferring to the American Cemetery at Colleville-sur-Mer. Later, you’ll head to Normandy’s capital of Rouen. A normal park for any parisian. But for us it was very enthusing. It did look like abroad. The trees, birds, squirrels were so different and so cute in fact. The park is very nicely maintained and clean. We enjoyed our stroll through the greenery in the late evening. There were so many couples enjoying their romantic time together in the park, and yes this is something which is indeed common in most parks.

We walked through the park and enjoyed the exhibition of photos. There are play areas and seating areas within the park.

Parc du Cedre is a green zone with lot of trees. Nice place to have a walk during the morning hours with cool breeze blowing.

There's not a huge amount to see or do here, but it's a pleasant place to go for a stroll or sit under a tree on a hot afternoon.

We stayed at the CDG Marriott and cut through the park on our way to dinner. At first my husband was a little apprehensive about walking through the park at night - Was December, so it got dark early. We had no problems walking through the park and there are a number of paths to take. On the way back to our hotel we noticed a large case with an actual main landing gear from a Concorde. We also saw a sculpture nearby. There were many signs in the park, but it was too dark to read them, even though the park was lit. I’m sure in the spring and summer this is a pretty park with flowers in bloom. There are a number of bistros on the other side of the park (away from the Marriott).
