I bought box tickets to see Taylor Swift in Paris (coming from the US). The tickets were categorized as VIP Scutum Lounge. The tickets were not released to me until about a week before the event. VIP usually has early access so we went early and we had to wait in the burning sun for over an hour with a mix of regular admissions and VIPs. Once we made it through that line, we had to wait AGAIN for another half hour+ until our "lounge" opened. Once inside, we were greeted with cocktails and miniture snacks/bites. It was supposed to be a full-on dinner, and the only food served was strange little bits of food. I am not a picky eater and didn't touch most of what was served. The drinks were unlimited, but we were told we couldn't bring them to our seats; later, that was changed to only beer in plastic cups. The seats were so far away that we could barely make Taylor out on stage, and a large tower with a speaker blocked our view of the big screen. We were so far away that even my brand new Iphone with the fancy camera had trouble taking photos. You could barely see anything. I paid over 3k for these tickets and felt completely bamboozled by La Defense Stadium. It was a complete letdown, and my fiance (for whom the tickets were a gift) was extremely upset by the situation. There was no organization, improper information, and cheapness throughout the event. They offer an elevated experience but give you cheap seats and zero food, and it's not worth the extra money to buy this fake "VIP" ticket. Save your money and buy a standing room or other seat. They make so much money off these seats, its a scam.

I went to the Springsteen concerts at La Defense Arena in May 23. Unfortunately, the staff at the drink stand was overwhelmed. I got the wrong drink three times. Each time my credit card was swiped. I actually assumed that the wrong drinks would be cancelled. But that was not the case. After my return, I saw four charges on my credit card - only one of which I had actually received a drink for.
I then contacted Topivo Nanterre three times by email and once by letter and asked for a refund. There was no reply and of course no refund ...
I can only advise every visitor to be careful when buying and to ask for a cancellation directly in case of a wrong performance. Topivo Nanterre is unfortunately very unserious and does not react to complaints.

Very nice arena situated in the heart of La Defense. Easily reachable via the RER, Tram, or Metro. It's also very close walking distance from the La Defense mall, so it's not a bad idea to grab a meal before walking down the hill to the arena for the match or event you're attending. Great venue for rugby despite some naysayers. If you're a Racing 92 fan, it's home. Visiting teams and fans tend to have a tough time here, but only because the home team fans drown them out. Comfortable spot to watch rugby or see a concert as it's climate controlled and concessions are fine. If coming for rugby, there are loud sections and even family sections (quieter), where you sit and enjoy the match with fellow fans.

Went to a concert here in August for the first time. Few minutes walk from the La Defense metro station and La Defense shopping centre. Lot's of places to eat around there before a concert.
Plenty of access points to arena and lots of staff members around. Despite it being indoors the temperature was perfect and very welcome from the hot weather. Sound was excellent for concert. After the concert, despite the big crowd there was no wait for the metro. Everything was so straightforward.

No lifts, no escalators, not enough toilet facilities or food/drink concessions. Seats are comfortable to sit on for about 5 minutes. No room to pass people already seated to reach your own seat. Not near enough protection for those seated in the front row to prevent anyone falling over into bottom tier.

We were visiting France for a week, just north of Paris and decided to go and watch the game with my wife and 3 year old son. Stadium is a rugby experience and not like any other ground I have been too.... slightly odd but very enjoyable. Very easy to get too (we travelled by metro after parking our car in a nearby car park at Pont neuilly) very impressive inside, the welcome from the staff and fellow fans was great, particularly as a foreigner, they took an interest in where we were from etc.... seats were comfortable and spacious. The only thing I didn’t like was being next to the “crazy” gang who were trying to manufacture atmosphere with trumpets and dancing etc but that is just not my kind of thing, others may love it. Really glad we went, my son was kept entertained too with a free flag and foam hand etc and meeting players pitchside afterwards. Leaving the ground was just as easy as getting there too. I can definitely see the idea of Rugby clubs moving into arenas catching on.

Looks superb. Here to see my favourite singer Mylene Farmer for the first time. Aware of how impressive previous tours have been staged and Defense Arena did not disappoint. Only issue I had was after long long waits outside, then a further 2 hours inside, the standing area you had to stand on hard ribbed rubber flooring which was not good !!!!!!!!!!!!

We went to see the Rolling Stones here in October, but that's another story!! The U Arena is brand new and is in La Defense so as you approach it we had a strong sense of being in a futuristic movie! The sound at the Arena was great, we were standing and had no sound distortion which you sometimes get depending on how close to which speakers you are. It was easy to get to the bar, the queues weren't too huge. When we left, getting on the metro was easy and again we didn't suffer from big queues to get into the metro or onto a train. The arena concert experience was a really good one.

Around 40,000 people attending to see the "golden oldies", The Rolling Stones, at the U Arena, La Defense, which is an area worth visiting just to admire the buildings. What a show, all over 70 years old and they still rock. Unfortunately they did say this would be their last tour but we can always hope!
