Had a great time sampling cheeses and doing a short tour of the facility where Brie cheese is made and aged. Learned interesting facts about this yummy cheese. Can be done in 1/2 to 1 hr and they have mustard, jam and beer to buy. Catrine was very polite and informative.

A little nice tour of Brie cheese, to know how they processing and the history. Nice to take children to visit also having Brie cheese tasting, yummy!

This is a fun museum to go thru to see the many steps involved in making Brie cheese; a short video (available in several languages) explains just how labor intensive it is --no wonder it is a relatively costly cheese. We adults enjoyed it, I think children would also.
