a GLORIOUS sunset in dramatic settings, the typically rounded rocks of Brittany alternating with vivid sandy vegetation: samphire and beach purslane along side low growing prickly bushes. It was very windy but beautifully so we did have our Ice cream from nearby la cour d'orgères before we went up to the high point, sitting on the edge of the world as the sun dipped into the sea

Lovely place to visit. Nice big waves coming in off the Atlantic. Fair few surfers enjoying the waves. Great place for kids. If you have young kids, stick to the RHS of the beach as the cliffs protect the beach from the big waves and allow the kids to play in the water without getting splashed around. Try to get to the lower car park as it's right next to the beach but gets full pretty quickly

This is just fabulous when the tide is out. You can get some amazing photos but the way down is very steep and you need to be careful.

The arch is hard to find, we nearly walked past without seeing it, position on google maps not quite righ. But with or without the arch it is a lovely area to walk around. We had a beautiful sunny day. Lots of surfers out. Highly recommended.
