Just a tower that gives a nice view of Mulhouse. Good for a short visit. Not that many stairs but not available for wheelchairs.

The history and background of the Belvédère is indeed interesting, but the tower itself is not spectacular. It is a tower with no particularity: 4 legs, 2 levels, a staircase. There is not much more to be said, but the view from the tower is a viable motive to climb it if you happen to encounter it.
