Enjoy the falls by riding the bamboo raft. Bring your own food. The only issue I encountered is the cleanliness and the amenities. There are tons of litters and the bathroom was not well-maintained. But it doesn't deminishes the beauty of Tinuy-an Falls.

I love it when the place I go to has falls and the long ride to the falls I could say is worth it. I came from Butuan and took me roughly four hrs (both the van and habal-habal ride). I would however suggest this to groups or pairs at least in terms of cost. One tip for solo travelers... More

Love this place! Maintained its natural charm. The water is cool and clean, and the falls looks great. The panoramic kind of view is breathtaking. I could just sit by the water, and listen to the falls all day. A must go to place when in Surigao.

Just a 10 minutes ride from the Bislig proper, you can witness the magnificence of the Tinuy an Falls. Known as the Niagara Falls of the Philippines.

Great views, be prepared to get wet as you get onto a bamboo raft and you are pulled on a rope pully out to the waterfall where a guy takes many pictures of you. You can get off and have a swim there or just stay on the raft. You can climb up a steep stairway up to the top... More

Well as other falls (been to 20 falls in philipine) this fall is in mountain. You have to take LOCAL habal habal. It was a great experience that takes you... More
