It is a 1.3 km hike to the top, but well worth the effort. Such a gorgeous view! Parking is easy and the parking area is not far off the road.

the description of the walk to the viewpoint as "handicapped accessible" is inaccurate unless you have a diesel powered wheelchair. The view and the wooden pavilion at the top make it worthwhile, and we saw people of all ages trudging up the hill.

We loved this sight, and the building was beautiful and cosy on the insight. The wooden appearance fits perfectly in the raw landscape. In this warm summer, we really enjoyed the wind here.

Very nice and particular structure that allow a perfect view of the surrounding area: occasionally the musk oxes can be spotted near the lake in the distance with the help of binoculars

We walked up here on a very rainy day in August. Despite the bad weather it's still a magical place to visit...and also with a welcoming fire burning ! Both the architecture and view are amazing !

The Viewpoint was "World Building Of The Year" in 2011, and then it all "took off". The number of visitors has increased to 30.000 pro year. Despise the short season from June to October! Since my first visit to the Viewpoint in 2012, there have...More
