Worth a look if visiting the Klungklung palace across the road. Interesting history of Bali including Dutch occupation. 15 minutes will suffice.

Klungkung as a city with a palace is one of the biggest palace in Bali. In this monument that inaugurated by the art minister Rudini has several diorama that tells us about the historic Klungkung war

It's worth a look if you are in the area, but there is nothing spectacular here - just some depictions of war in glass cases along the walls.

Heritages places, nice to be visited. Enjoy the historied of puputan klungkung, royal king places and mani old building.

Great place for a quick educational session about the history of Bali and all the various wars and occupations they have had to endure

The monument is pretty, but the inside has very interesting dioramas explaining the history and wars of Bali with Japan.

They have guides who come up to you once you enter. I'm really glad we had him. He told us what the stories on the roofs of the temples were as well as Balinese history and the history of the temple. We tipped him 50...More

A nice monument, however the museum is not always opened (or at least during my visit). Semarapura Museum and KertaGosa was across this monument and so does the Marketplace. The huge statue on the intersection was also a nice view from the monument,

Bang in the town centre its hard to miss. Has a museum of sorts inside depicting the Balinese history.
