About Baanchang Elephant's Paradise
Baanchang Elephant's Paradise is dedicated to providing elephants with the highest quality-of-life possible. We are a non-profit organization, meaning we are funded exclusively by visitors and donations and every cent we receive goes towards making our elephants lives as pleasant as possible and, of course, rescue new elephants. The Park invites you to hands-on experience on participating, sharing responsibilities and taking care of an elephant. "The Magical Elephant Mahout Training" is a special program created for everyone to learn and interact with elephnats as what an Mahout would do daily. We will give you a wonderful introduction to the Asian elephants. You will learn about the behaviors and lifestyle of these elephants. also you can learn how to control and bath the elephants as if you are a Mahout. All the while, you will be able to ride Bareback through the hill around our Park.

Amazing place that does a sacred mission. No words can describe the satisfaction you feel when you help this cute elephants to live a decent life. The family is nice as well. Very recommended to visit this place and contribute to save these giants.

The highlight of my trip to Thailand. Worth every penny to help these sweet elephants enjoy the life they deserve. This is a lovely facility and the staff are top notch. I encourage you to help out and pay this place a visit. You can play with the elephants, feed them, give them medicine, have a bath with them... It's an experience you will never forget. LOVED IT!

Most of the elephant parks in Thailand do not treat the animals very well. This is a clear exception. They rescue injured and distressed elephants and take care of them. They provide interaction with the elephants as a way to raise money and awareness. They treat the animals very well. Family owned and run for the last 30 years. Lots of fun, highly recommend if you want to be with the elephants.

We really enjoyed our half day visit feeing, riding, and bathing with the elephants. If you do decide to ride elephants ( and I did consider long about the ethical issues here), i highly recommend this camp. The animals seemed to be treated well and the mahouts were very gentle yet in control. Bird, the owner, was absolutely hilarious. He explained everything clearly to my family and had us all laughing throughout the experience. He took lots of pictures for us with my husband 's camera and we now have wonderful images to remember our day. Thank you Bird and tge whole team!

It was a great experience meeting the elephants. You get working clothes and you can feed, bathe, ride and hug the big animals. Best experience I had in north Thailand
