I shouldn't be raving about this place or you'll all turn up and spoil its peace and serenity, but Lazio's free hot springs have been one of my favourite things to discover since moving here and Bullicame is my pick of them all, so far. Takes 10 minutes walk from "Terme di Papi". I got there by bus No.2 from centre of Viterbo old city. There is no facility; even locker, toilet, shower and roof, but it's free and open every time everyday. Very very nice and enjoyable.

But it is free. It is very accessible and can be quite crowded on week ends. An authentic experience, nonetheless.
