Nice views from the top

Nice place to visit but nothing extraordinary. It is worth a climb up to the old tower with a great view over Capo Carbonara and also the beaches on the other side.

We visited this remote site on the way to Porto Giunco beach. Basically, to get there you have to drive to the map's point of location and continue 1 km on a dirt road. The result is a rocky cape (as the name says) with a small (rocky) beach that seems to be more in favor of locals. There was... More

Best experienced by boat. Rental is available from the marina in Villasimius. We rented a 7m RIB from the marina for a half day ( just insist that you fill the boat up with fuel on your return) This was a brilliant chance to see this wonderful coastline from the sea. If you don't fancy the boat then walk around... More

The ocean view is outstanding and the small town of Villasimius is down to earth and super friendly. It was refreshing, after being in large towns! We recommend this town for lodging, cheap eats and pretty scenery, such as this reserve!

A great and unforgettable experience with plenty of beautiful places and beaches on the way. We had a 5m long boat and went from the Marina of Villasimius to Spiaggia di Punta Molentis and back. Spent a the full day cruising between different places on the way. Best snorkeling places are around Isola dei Cavoli but you have to be... More

Rent a boat and see yourself, great nature. Snorkling not always necessary , fish come around to the boat looking for some food.

Very close to Villasimius, a small town on the south coast, Capo Carbonara has few little, typical Sardinian beaches, and rocky islands scattered around the sea. You can either take a boat or hike on the hills near the marina in Vilassimius. The landscape is beautiful, but similar to the rest of Sardinian coast. It is nice to spend a... More
