This is an amazing beach with a very clear water where you can swim in crystalline water and see a mountain in front of you. This is a beach inside the nature.

This is a great set of beaches that most will overlook.
I went with my wife. We used a scooter to get to the stop of the path and walked down. The path is NOT easy to see. I searched for it on Google Street View and couldn’t find it. If Google updates the images on a day in August, you’ll probably be able to see a cluster of scooters near the path. But if not, you’ll have to drive to where Google Maps suggests and then keep your eyes open for the 8km marker on the road. It counts up from west to east. There’s usually activity at the nearby lookout point. Find and vender or driver. They’ll help you out.
When you find the little gap on the concrete railing, there will be some steps that go down to your right. The hike down is not that difficult. I wouldn’t bring your grandmother or your small child, but it’s very doable. I’d recommend some good shoes. They don’t need to be full-on hiking shoes, but you’ll want something more substantial than the water shoes I had on. I ended up with a slight blister on my big toe.
When you get to the bottom (15 mins?), you’ll arrive at a small beach with a little scruffy looking building to your right. There is a larger beach to your left, but if you go through the little building on your right and climb up a ladder onto the rocks, you can reach the main beach. This part of the journey is the most difficult, but once you round the corner, you’ll see that it’s worth it.
Most people won’t walk down to this beach, either because they couldn’t find it or they weren’t up to the challenge. That cuts down on traffic. But you’ll still see boats pulling up to drop anchor.
The pebbles are about medium size for the coast. The water was warm and clear in August. It seemed saltier than usual but I’m not sure about that. There certainly wasn’t any vegetation to swim through. It’s a really good area.
Hiking back up takes 30-40 minutes but you won’t regret it when you think back on what a wonderful time you had.

Grazie

Ciao Angelo, la spiaggia di Tordigliano anche se appartiene al territorio di Vico Equense è più vicina a Positano che a Vico stesso per cui è raggiungibile con l'auto ma ancora meglio, visto la mancanza di parcheggio, con la moto
