Came there with my family ( two small kids and wife ) and paid for sun beds and to use the pool. There was plenty of kids toys at the pool which we assumed we could use. After jumping in the pool the instructor told us that we couldn’t use the toys because it was used for swim lessons. Since our kids wanted to play we decided to call it a misunderstanding and leave the place. We claimed our money back since we had only been there for 5 minutes. The fat lady in the reception refused to pay us our money and claimed that since we paid with card the money couldn’t be transferred back to us. This is clearly a lie and we couldn’t get an explanation of why we couldn’t get cash either. Spoke to a manager (man) who ran out of arguments of why they couldn’t pay us back our money and he just left in the middle of the discussion. No sign of willingness to help us in any way and we feel that they literally stole our money. Horrible staff and management and very low customer service. Don’t ever go there!
