Much better value and variety than another similar experience in Lecce. Also more personal and authentic. Am trying to book again!

Tania picked us up at 10:30 and we went to Peppe and Vera's farm. Alex and Vera helped us cook and we ate, drank wine and took home leftovers. It was a wonderful day with amazing textures, tastes and sounds. There was 4 retired nurses and it was our best day in our 3 week Italy adventure. We highly recomnend.

Our time in the area was limited so we were happy to discover that Vera and Pepe also had a few apartments for us at their Manitta Agriturismo. The four of us started our class at 11:00 with Tania interpreting and Alex assisting. It was such a good time with lots of laughs and some serious food preparation. All ingredients were fresh and the recipes were creative. It was a fantastic day.

WOW !!! What an amazing day !!! Tania picked us up at our hotel and we drove just out of Tropea to Agriturismo Manitta in Brattirò. This was the best day of cooking and feasting ever. We made so many fabulous Calabrian dishes with the lovely Vera and the charming Alex, while sampling local wine and antipasti. We had a fun walk around the property, met the farm animals and ate fresh figs and grapes from the trees and vines. Then we had fun hand-rolling our own Calabrian fileja pasta. A beautiful table was then set up under a big tree in the garden for our long lunch.. and what a sumptuous feast it was. I highly recommend this cooking experience. Thank you so much Tania for an amazing day. This cooking experience along with our incredible day of boating and snorkeling with Francesco, made our stay in Tropea a truly memorable one xx Graziemille xx

Started at Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Tropea’s major promenade street lined with shops and coffee bars. Up to largo Rota, a quiet piazza with residential buildings and lunched at Taverna L’Antica Grotta. Walked it off as we set for Largo Duomo the Norman-style cathedral. There’s interesting palazzos in the square with pretty balconies in goose breast style. Everyone’s at the beach so not much action which suits us fine.. the Corso concludes at a square high above the sea with uninterrupted views of the beaches and the distant Aeolian islands and the mountains
