An excellent place for windsurfing lessons or to rent windsurfing kit. A lovely relaxed vibe, top quality equipment, excellent location and decent value!

As kiters we reluctantly decided to give wind surfing a go while in Riva, as we were traveling to Limone a few days later to kite. We had a great session with Matteo our instructor who made it fun and helped us out as much he could! Unfort he couldn't help the wind at the time so I would recommend going first thing in the morning for a lesson if you can. Great fun for all the family with very friendly instructors. Thanks for a great introduction!

Friendly and professional staff, high quality gear from JP and Naish. If you plan to rent the equipment it's worth it to bring your own harness and the life jacket, which obligatory in Italy. Be aware that water temperature may change from 22degC to 12 in one night so the wetsuit is also mandatory. We stayed in Hotel Residence Torbole which is 100m away from the club. Highly recommended!

I went to the lake of Garda with a friend to learn windsurfing. We took 4 morning lessons at the Shaka surf center, and practiced on our own on the afternoons. We were in groups of 3 to 5 people per lesson, which is ideal to learn. Not only were the teaching skills of the professor very good, but the atmosphere at the school and the whole team was amazing: always smiling, helping, giving advices, supporting... So nice! When coming back from our morning training, we used to enjoy some (tasty!) lunch or coffees in the very nice bar next to the school and then take a nap under the trees of the lovely parc, while admiring the lake and the surrounding mountains. So relaxing... Fills you up with energy to go back on the lake in the afternoon! A big thank you to the whole amazing team and especially to Eva, the manager of the school, such a nice, helpful and energetic person. You will love her! So, if you want to learn windsurfing, do not hesitate: go to shaka! We made huge progresses and will come back for sure!!
