I wanted to thank this AMZING company for making this experience unforgettable. Me and my mom booked the tour and we had the best time. Right from the begging from the Island Lipari, the crew on the boat who took us were very nice, helping...More

That was a magnificent experience, thanks to our guides and a perfect organization. We opted for an evening ascent to see the volcano in the dark, and so did other ~50 people. We were divided into 3 groups (French, Italian, and English speakers) with a...More

We came for the vulcano and discovered an unbelievable island - including its dominant vulcano. Go to the observatory on the first evening, have a drink or pizza there (some indoor places have view to the volcano and its eruptions!). In summer, there are perfect...More

Would like to share our Stromboli experience. We were lucky with everything: the weather was perfect: clear sky, no wind. Additionally we joined most likely one of the last excursions organized in 2018. We were 9 in total+ our guide Lorenzo. We were given missing...More

We had a great experience with Magmatrek. The guide, an electrical engineer who also guides at Etna, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about everything volcanic, and he kept a nice and slow pace for the group. The trip might not be for everyone, but we are...More

In the beginning, I was not sure about doing this tour since my girlfriend was a bit afraid of the long way up. We decided to do it anyway and it was the right decision. The way up was a bit exhausting but feasible. The...More

A challenging but achievable trek for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness, a long climb in the July sun but an easy descent down the sand dunes! Well organised and efficient company. I would highly recommend them.

Hi Helen. I did the hike to the summit yesterday. The hike up is about 3hrs and the descend 2. It's absolutely doable with kids if they are used to hiking. Just bring plenty of water and good protection against the sun. It... More
