We had an amazing week with my kids in January 2020.
They were beginners, 9 and 13, and were able after one week to ski easily blue slopes and even red ones. They took the ski virus!
Thank you to their teachers, Antonio and Stefano.
On my side, I had a wonderful week with Roberto Seraglia. I was in level 3 and was a little bit concerned as I am not a good skier and had not skied for 12 years. After one day, I was feeling totally at ease and made huge progresses during the week. I will for sure ski in a level 4 when I come back. Roberto is very warm, patient, psychologist, and was able to deal with us in a very personalized way, comforting when needed and pushing when necessary. Grazie mille alla scuola sci a espezialmente a Roberto!

As that was only my second time skiing, I took 3 private lessons, 2 with Simona and 1 with Marta.
They are both great!!!
So patient, and so good with explaining exactly what and how yiu should do.
I progress a lot thanks to them!!!
Thanks girls, it was a pleasure:)))

The worst ski school I have ever had the misfortune of attending. This does not apply to the actual instructors who although are not given direction were very pleasant. The administration of the ski school do not care about the instruction given or the clients' needs.
We asked for individual instruction, which we would have paid for, and were told they do not offer it as they are too busy. We were then given a different instructor every day of the four days, which flies in the face of continuity. Apart from wasting half an hour each morning for the new instructor to assess our level.
There was no syllabus to follow so each instructor taught according to what he felt like. There should be some program to follow so you can build up over the time you have. I honestly feel like I learned nothing over the time I was there.
The idea of group instruction is 12 people or more per group. How can anyone learn anything in 3 hours when you are following a group of 11 people down the mountain. The ski instructor cannot possibly give attention to everyone in the group.
When we voiced our concerns we were told to take it or leave it. We then decided not to continue the last day as it was a complete waste of time, we were told "go ahead but you will not be refunded."
All in all, instead of having a 5-day ski trip where we should have improved our skills, we had a stressful time where each morning we were lost and upset and treated like an inconvenience. It is an obvious case of the administration wanting to make as much money as possible without actually providing the service for which it was engaged. I have been to a number of other locations and used the services of other schools and was never treated like this.

We signed up for group lessons and had the amazing Bibi as our instructor who pushed myself and my daughter to try things we hadn't done before. Can now ride comfortably in switch and learnt a few tricks as well. Prices were great, booking was easy and would definitely use again.

Great school, great instructors, very flexible and easy to book. If you visit Sestriere with kids age under 12 who love snowboard this would be the one to go ( no other schools make snowboard group lessons for kings under 12yo) great group or private lessons for little snowborders here. Highly recommended and many thanks to Bibi great job on teaching our 7yo snowboarder :-) ! Will be back later in the year !

I have been in this resort 3 times. for my luck, the last 2 times my instructor ( and I'm doing ski more than 1o years) was Fiorenzo Gallice but no one know him by thiis name. His name is Fiocco. His patiend, his professional his kindness his homur are something you cant find any where. When you arrive ask for him, sometimes he is in clubmed Pregelato.
And say hi from the tall guy.
