San Vincenzo is a lovely town. Nice beaches, great people and wonderful food! Besides all that the town has a great walking street: the Corso Vittorio Emanuele II.
It's right in the town center, starts just around the Harbour. It is filled with lots of (good) food options. On weekends the place is pretty packed and sometimes it's hard to get a table. On weekdays though it was pretty empty and quite some restaurants were closed (mid-April).
There are also some nice, local stores. Be sure to check out "Il Cacito" for great local products. Many stores are closed in the mornings or closed for lunch, be aware of that.
It's a lovely little street to take a stroll. Before or after your meal. We came here almost every day, it never got tired. Since it's traffic-free it is a very relaxing attraction and definitely the place where people meet on weekends.

Pet friendly.
Its really impressive sawing a big number of dogs walking with their owner.
lots of shops for different pocket, nice restaurant and pizzerias, 2 main parking.
unique neo is the number of car parking that is less than the requirement.

Mainly shops that fit in with tourists and the holiday season. Ice cream, restaurants and a few expensive clothes shops. Nicely lit at night and runs alongside the marina.

San Vincenzo is a small holiday resort on the coast south of Pisa, and Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is a typical small town centre. It is a pedestrianised area so you can stroll along without having to worry about traffic. There are the usual mix of gift shops, gelateria and restaurants, but it's not the place if you're a designer label type. There's only Benetton shops from the well-known brands. There's a large car park at the far end of the shopping area, but it's not cheap, and you have to pay up to 12 midnight! So even if you go into town for dinner in one of the restaurants you won't get away without paying for the parking. There's no real negatives, just accept it for what it is.

A lovely cosmopolitan street in San Vincenzo.
Restaurants galore, either in glass huts in the middle of the street or in the buildings. Plenty of shops and cafe's as well.
Very very clean area and lovely to stroll along

It's very touristic but a nice stroll after a day on the beach and to have a gelato or coffee or both.

The course is cute but very dirty for peeing dogs with a bad smell especially when it is hot. Too many people with dogs without carrying the necessary to wash where they need

We're just not there...
Now San Vincenzo coasts like Porto Cervo!
Restaurants as expensive as fire and dirty!
Structures kept standing for only 4 months (and you see )
Thinking you can eat a first and second course with 30 euros for lunch is impossible.
If you want a coffee with pastry you dream of it.
A SMALL cone ( but also small in fact not only in name ) starts at EUR 3 .
If you want to sit in the Corso or sit in a restaurant or stand (there is no bench). Dirty streets, dilapidated supermarkets, greenery tends to itself., there is no fountain where you can drink or wash your hands. Hospitality is just enough. The bathing establishments are embarrassing to say the least for what they charge ( in September still 35/40 euros two sunbeds and an umbrella ) .
I took a tour in 5/6 places I found everything dirty, no one to welcome you ., rusty beds , lifeguards playing cards .....
Thank foreigners who line your pockets in 4 months for a whole year ....
