Questa chiesa si trova sulle colline in località Tabiano Castello,un pò isolata rispetto al borgo. Dopo aver visitato il castello, ci siamo fermati alla chiesa e l'abbiamo vista solo esternamente perchè è aperta solo in occasione delle funzioni religiose.
La struttura, in stile romanico, fu costruita nel XVI secolo sui resti di una cappella medievale, mentre il campanile, in stile neoromanico è molto più recente (1950). Molto bello il portale con la lunetta in marmo di Carrara.

La Chiesa di San Bartolomeo è la chiesa più antica di Salsomaggiore, risale infatti al 1568. L'interno della chiesa nasconde un paliotto in marmi policromi e tele del XVIII secolo ed una pala del XVII secolo rappresentante l'Ultima Cena.

La Chiesa dei Santi Gervasio e Protasio si trova nel borgo di Tabiano
Castello,fu costruita nel XVI secolo e restaurata nel 1907;il campanile
risale al 1950. Piccola e raccolta,al suo interno vi sono due dipinti
famosi: uno raffigurante i Santi Gervasio e Protasio donato da Maria
Luigia nel 1841, e l'altro un Ultima cena del 1636 del pittore fidentino
Picelli.

Siamo stati fortunati salendo per fare visita al castello abbiamo trovato la chiesetta aperta ed in corso un battesimo. Edificio in stile romanico del XVI secolo. Al suo interno alcuni dipinti ad olio su tela tra cui i santi "Gervasio e Protasio" e "L`Ultima Cena" del 1636.

Chiesa un tempo parrocchia di tabiano stile romanico si piedi del castello si vede dalla strada salendo e poi sdc appena arrivati sotto il castello.
