Beautiful palace built in 1417 under Venetian rule to house the head of the city government (podesta ')
Note the bridge connecting two buildings with clear reference to the Bridge of Sighs of Venice.
During the centuries it has been restored and enlarged several times, externally in the eighteenth century a palace of clear eighteenth-century architecture was added to the ancient palace.

The Town Hall of Rovereto was always the heart of the political life of the city. Its origins go back to the 14th century house of the vicar of Castelbarco and the wide facade preserves the old decoration of the 15th century building built at the same foundations.
