Located on the main beach of Riva del Garda and in the garden park of Hotel Du Lac et Du Parc Grand Resort you will find us, Sailing Du Lac Multi Sports Centre. Our centre is a meeting point for those who enjoy outdoor sports nature and enjoy plenty of fresh air. A wonderful spot right on the waters of beautiful Lake Garda, where nature has given us a great mixture of wind, waves, and sunshine.

During a short break to Riva we called to hire a couple of paddle boards. We had never used SUPs before but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Could only use the boards in the morning while the lake is calmer. Found it difficult to stand on the boards so we just sat on them whilst we paddled round the lake.
Remember to take ID to hire the boards.

My catamaran sailing experience on Lake Garda was fantastic. On a beautiful morning, Peter taught me everything important about catamaran sailing. Thanks to his calm and professional manner, he conveyed the many theoretical aspects convincingly. By the end of the lesson, I was speeding across the water and balancing on one of the catamaran's hulls. Through catamaran sailing, I feel like my inner speed junkie has found a new addiction. I highly recommend this adventure to anyone who loves speed and thrills.

We visited sailing du lac twice during our August holiday. You need to take ID so bear that in mind to save yourself a trip back to the hotel ! Only one ID needed per party. Plenty of Sup's available, you can't book but no need as Plenty available. Straight out on to the lake which is stunning. We visited on separate occasions and the second time the water was very choppy! Friendly staff, good location

My partner and I rented a double kayak at 5:30 pm and went out on the water for a brief time before the facility closed at 6:30 pm. The staff were friendly and very helpful during the rental process, even offering suggestions on where to go during our 60-minute excursion. As we were returning, we encountered strong currents and winds, which made it difficult to paddle back. Fortunately, a staff member was on the water and helped guide us back to the facility.
We arrived at 6:36 pm, 6 minutes past our expected arrival time, and immediately apologized for being late, even offering compensation to the two men who assisted with docking our kayak. Both men appeared to be in their early 50s and were wearing shirts labeled "instructor." One of them responded with, "Oh, you didn't have a watch and didn't know the time?" I replied, "I do have a watch, but the current was so strong. We're very sorry it took us longer to return."
To my surprise, one of the men retorted, "You're not sorry. If you were, you wouldn't have disrespected us like this. You knew the time. You didn't care?" Shocked by the accusation, I reiterated my apology and offered to make it right, suggesting a tip or compensation. The man, however, replied, "You can't buy me off," and began raising his voice. I calmly explained that we were genuinely sorry and wanted to make amends for our mistake, but he continued to speak over me, accusing us of being disrespectful. His colleagues joined in, raising their voices as well.
Feeling disrespected, I told him that I had apologized and that his response was unwarranted. He then dismissively waved his hand and told me to leave. I reported the incident to the manager, but the instructors denied any wrongdoing. Although the manager apologized, the fact that these two men felt empowered to speak so abrasively and disrespectfully to us was astonishing. The experience left both my partner and me quite shaken. Staying at the resort connected to Sailing Du Lac, we were led to believe this was a reputable company. However, this was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Brilliant and easy to rent a double kayak on the day. Great rental service on the end of the lake in Riva. Lots of kayaks, paddle boards available at a reasonable price. A beautiful setting to kayak in, and we were so pleased we rented from Sailing du Lac. There is no parking there that we could find, but parked on a side street round by some apartments on the opposite side of the road. Friendly staff who spoke very good English. Take ID for one of your party’s members, and you pay at the end when you return your kayak. Life jackets provided. Lovely area next to the rental service with a beach, grass to sit on, a swimming area and restaurants near by. Great company to rent bikes from, as we saw lots of families do there. I don’t think their phone line worked (might be just UK phone?), but a very prompt response via email when I emailed them. Would highly recommend!

Excellent, attentive staff and instructors. Excellent at communicating before and during the booking. The (sailing dinghy) boat was well looked after as well, and had been rigged properly. It meant we could concentrate on the sailing with minimum stress. We had a great time on the water. The only thing that stopped this from being a 5-star review was pricing, which I felt was a little higher than elsewhere we had been to. Nevertheless, this was a minor thing in an otherwise great day.

We did sailing classes at Sailing Dulac, the parents were with Timo and our young daughter with Gosha. To say that it was an amazing experience is an understatement. Gosha was incredibly patient and loving with the small person, the best combination to instill a joy for sailing. Both instructors were knowledgeable and make the lessons interesting. We had a lot of laughs with Timo on our boat. We feel confident to go for our license next time we visit!
In October, definitely wear the wet suits. We had to flip the Quest sail boat so we can learn how to right it again. The lake was COLD! We still need to learn how to right a catamaran, planned for our last day but alas, it was a day with little wind. We also had to make a slight adjustment to the schedule on the last day and the owner and teachers were very accommodating.
The location of the school is easy to find and get to. There is parking nearby although after lunch becomes impossible to find a spot.
Highly recommended if you want to learn to sail!!!

I came for a week long sailing course last month, it was one of my best experiences to date! Friendly fun people, also very professional. My instructor Luca was amazing, very patient with this beginner. Thrilled with this experience and in particular, this school. Would highly recommend!!

Rented a kayak, great experience. Very helpful staff, you can just leave your bags in the renting place.. Quite windy area but seems better in the morning for this kind of activities.

Did a morning of stand-up-paddling (SUP) which was great and very relaxing. Paddled alongside the harbour and then towards the middle of the lake where we relaxed on the boards. It was my first SUP experience but the instruction was very helpful so I had no difficulty at all. Will definitely try to do some supping again some time!
