A great way to have luxury goods at a more affordable price

Because of the lower prices, one has to expect longer waiting and less service. Once you are ok with this, you can experience all the outlets in this mall (The Mall, Gucci, Prada... read more

Have been there twice(both on the summer with 38-40degree celcuis). First, the loooonnnggg que just to get in. Luckily for us, we had a little girl on the stroller and as soon as they saw us, they let us in(plus point for that). Second, there was not too much style to choose from. All the item they put on sale... More

Because of the lower prices, one has to expect longer waiting and less service. Once you are ok with this, you can experience all the outlets in this mall (The Mall, Gucci, Prada, La Perla, Hugo Boss). Gucci is one of the busiest, so it is better to get there early. Great deals on great products. Try not to bring... More

The arrangement is organised extremely efficiently , only so many people allowed in as so many are leaving . Prices are very competitive . The restaurant staff are excellent , the shop staff should learn from the restaurant in term of providing service . The toilets could do with more regular cleaning too .

Truly amazed by the great deals at the outlet. I will never pay retail again. I will buy a ticket to Italy and get all my purses in the future

When riding from Arezzo to Florence, you must stop at The Mall in Reggio (you can also take a day trip from Florence) and enjoy the best Italian fashion brands. Excellent prices in a quiet and elegant atmosphere,

Gucci store and Gucci Cafe is great for a day of shopping for luxury products at affordable price, just less than an hour from Florence, Italy. Traveling by shuttle bus is the most convenient- 13 € for round trip. For non-EU national, tax refund can be claimed on spot.

I loved the whole outlet experience. Gucci has been really good and I wish I can go back. We had to line up to go in but the wait was not long. I was mainly after shoes so to see number of different shoes and in my size was great. I bought two pairs (wish I had bought more). First... More

This store is massive. Two floors of products - clothing, bags, sunglasses, jewelry, scarves, shoes, etc. The prices are not bad. You definitely are getting a deal. Remember if you're spending more than 150Euros to ask for Tax free forms (if not from EU). You are able to get back some taxes when departing europe. One more note, be sure... More

I visited The Mall to shop of course with 9 year old in tow. The Gucci store is HUGE with a vast selection of clothing (men & women), shoes, bags, sunglasses, jewellery. Best of all on the second floor is a lovely cafe with indoor & outdoor seating overlooking the mall & the Tuscan countryside. There were some great deals... More
