Nice beach.

Nice open beach which is also well furnished with rental for umbrellas, and deckchairs. very picturesque and also hosting the ferry landing sites for Capri, Amalfi etc etc

If you get there early enough, you may be able to snag a front row lounger and umbrella. 12.50 Euro and you're good to go! The guy that works there can also provide beers and pizza (and sometimes tickets to bar nights), but there are less expensive options nearby, if you don't mind getting it yourself!

The Amalfi Coast is located along the southern flanks of the Sorrento Peninsula near Naples. It is on the World Heritage list. We heard about the challenging driving condition in southern Italy. Coupled with the extremely winding roads, tourists should avoid driving themselves. Buses takes too long and don't stop where you want. So we decided to hire a private... More

We rented a boat from a vendor on this beach, which was very crowded. There is no sand! Only pebbles that get very hot in the sun! Very hot! Don't go barefoot, it's like firewalking! The water feels nice, but there are so many people there in the summer, that it's just not worth it.

This beach must have been inspired by an airline boss famous for charging for every possible add on - pay to get on, pay for a seat , pay for a view - we said no and walked away

This place is the biggest rip off ever, so sad that the Italians feel the need to hit your pocket so hard for such basic things like beach access, chairs and towels. Had really high expectations of amalfi in general but I'll never return. Dirty beach, no sand uncomfortable rocks. One of the only beaches the plebs are actually allowed... More

Staying in a beachfront hotel with no beach made having to pay $100eu for chairs for my family of 8 a little distasteful Someone has a great deal going $12.50eu per person- no towels, no drink or food service. Better than striking oil

Well to start with you have to pay 12.50€ to get a beach chair and an extra 2.50€ for a towel - oh and 50€ for a shower. And the beach is hot black grit followed by scorching hot black rocks that you can't walk on in bare feet. Once you leave your thongs at the waters edge you get... More

We are from Hong Kong and not sure if 12.5euro per person as the entrance fee to the beach with umbrella and bench is expensive or not in Europe. But to us its definitely expensive. Not too crowded in late June though

If it's a relaxing day at the beach that you are looking for, this is not the destination, head instead to Spiaggia del Fornillo but if you don't mind being surrounded by tourists, then this is for you. We spent an afternoon there and it was our first beach experience on this trip. Although busy and a day at the... More
