It’s a neat little arch that will surely be reclaimed by the sea someday soon. I swam through it. Insider tip: rent a boat for the day and do your own tour of the island, the guided tours are full of phoney stories and enhanced facts. A large boat with sun shade only costs €110 for the day.

Seen from the sea whilst doing a tour with Sapore di Sale. One of nature's specials. Smaller boats sail through the arch, the bigger ones just circle it.

This natural rock is a must see of the island. However at the weekend it may be very crowded that you would not come near to the arc.

We rented a rib and went for a swim in the afternoon. It was rather busy but worth it! The water was so clean and clear.

A massive stone arche in the middle of a green-blue bay with stunning view. TTrips possible from Ponza harbour. otally recommended.

one of the many natural sites on beautiful island of Ponza see on one of th emany island tours available,
We took a 6 hour tour for 27 Euro that included 4 stops for swimming and snorkeling (bring your own equipment) including a zitti lunch and all the wine you can dink.

We bought tickets for a tour around the island for only €18/person right as you come off the dock from the ferry. They took us out on a boat the entire way around the island. Driving under the natural arc was pretty cool. Our boat driver was talking about it being romantic and said that everyone should kiss their partner for good luck, so we did. Then he drove through a second time! It was really beautiful to see. There is another small natural bridge/arch that you will drive by high up on the side of the cliffs as you go around as well.

This is another great experience sailing around the island. Contrast between the rock and sea are really a picture to take.

We went here at the end of May and had the place to ourselves. We dropped anchor and snorkelled at about 3pm. 2 tourist boats pass by in the hour that we stayed. The tourist boats stayed for about 1 min before moving on which was not enough time. It is simply stunning

Is One day enough for visiting island? We can go there in the morning and come back to Anzio at night??

I recommend staying over on Ponza Island. And take a boat trip around Ponza and to Palmarola Island.
