My family attended at the Pistoia Zoo on 29 September 2018. We arrived shortly after 0930 hours and would have been the first people on the zoo all day. Our first impression was highly disappointing and quite frankly rude and disrespectful. The man at the...More

This zoo is the biggest zoo we have ever been to. The animals had large enclosures and were all well cared for. The zoo was so good we came twice. An experience we will never forget. So glad we found this zoo.
