Lorenzo owner, master chef and cooking and shopping magician
Sep 2018 • Friends
What s great and creative cooking class. Lorenzo has worked in some of the finest restaurants in the USA and Italy. He offers a cooking class combined with shopping in the local food market on Thursday and Saturday. Do this one and he will create dishes using
your favorite vegetables, cheese, spices and you will prepare and cook along with him. Great sense of humor and perfect English. Prepare to eat a lot and pari ti with great wines. You are cooking in the back and he is also running a restaurant in front.

A fantastic 1/2 day cooking class
Apr 2016 • Friends
My friend and I had a great experience at this cooking school. We planned a menu with Chef Lorenzo and then got to it! We made a few different breads, manicotti with mushrooms and sausage in pink sauce and strawberry gelato. We ran out of time to do the caponata. Chef Lorenzo has great people skills and obviously loves what he does. This was a highlight of our time in Italy.

Amazing Cooking Class with Lorenzo
Sep 2014 • Friends
if you want a unique cooking class with an excellent and inspirational teacher, this is for you! Lorenzo is an amazing chef and we (sister, sister-in-law and myself) made focaccia, pizza, ravioli, beef ragu, and a fabulous mascarpone dessert with fig, walnuts and chocolate. I have taken many cooking classes in the US and Europe...this is definitely the most memorable. Enjoy and buon appetito!
