I got a Groupon voucher to visit this Spa and I had a very ugly experience at 2 occasions talking to the director of the hotel. The first one when I called to book, and as soon as I mentioned Groupon he hung up two times over the phone without any explanation! Then after waiting on hold the third time I finally had the chance to ask clarification on the order and actually book. The second time we already left the building thinking we were done with the experience and then I received a rude call from him saying I had to still pay 20 euros for a spa kit and no one ever mentioned it at the reception when we were leaving. I felt like a thief, and it’s not a nice feeling. I was fine paying it but please use manners!! The actual spa & massage was good and Tiziana and Francesca were very good, but all experience was ruined by the director.
