On our last day before going to the airport we decided to visit this spa as we had a few hours to fill and we didn't want to go too far from our hotel. We were not going for any of the treatments so cannot comment on this service and professionalism of the staff. As we were only visiting the... More

Visited the thermal bath with 3 friends recently. The place is not too far from the station and cost 11 euros return per person from Santa Maria Novella Station in Florence. We arrived at the place just before the siesta period and unfortunately we were only able to book the ozone enriched thermal bath for 20 minutes only. All other... More

Simply stunning, the buildings the landscape it left us speechless.. Do keep an eye out for free evening concerts, we happened upon a violin concerto taking place the following evening which again was just a treat

One can taste the spa waters here free (quite salty). Nice cafe on site which is very reasonably priced.

I tried the beauty spa, bath and drinking spa water. All relaxing experiences, though I would recommend especially their water treatment at Tettuccio, inside the beautiful castle-like building (sometimes you can catch a piano concert there too). The town is quite laidback. It was also delightful to take a short walk in nicely maintained parks.

I made a reservation for me and four of my friends for the Thermal Oasis Spa Package and we had one of the worst experiences with customer service yet in Italy. We were so excited to visit this spa and relax, but instead we were treated rudely and ripped off. First of all, when we arrived we were told that... More

This is a beautiful old building, located in a lovely park. It is a great place for a quiet walk. Montecatini is a good central location for exploring Tuscany by car or train.
