I started the trip from Termini main square going donw to Punta Campanella. The view worth it. It´s about 1 h of walking on the paved or cobblestoned road. I continue my hike climbing the mountain up Punta Campanella. It was quite difficult 1h climbing among the stones, but with a beatufull view to Ieranto Bay. Keep walking on moutingside you arrive to the little wood. Afte that you will see a small white church o the top of the mountain Sant Costanzo. From the top you can see the rest of Sorrento peninsula and with good visibility also Vesuvio or Naples.
The most difficult part of the trail is climbing the mountain, the rest of the path is okay. I recommend not to do this trip during the summer sunny days, there is almost no shadow.

We are a group of fifty-somethings, most of whom are in reasonably good shape, and this was a great hike that provided a physical challenge but was more than do-able even for people who aren't all that fit. Parts of it are steep and uneven but much of it is relatively flat and wide and there are many places to stop and catch your breath or take a photo. It is all downhill for the first hour, and that gets you to the ancient Roman fort at the tip of the peninsula. You can either turn around and go back or you can take the even more challenging uphill route, which runs along the very top of the cliffs. We chose to turn back and we had a great two-hour hike that really got our heart rates up.

Again a challenge as you need to really concentrate on where you are placing your feet due to the rocky terrain. Lots of the walk is in long grass and brambles so advise long trousers.

Stunning views of Capri! Worth the visit. After the hike, stop by for a coffee and authentic Italian food at Chiosco Bar San Costanzo. You'll pass it on the way out.

Beautiful excursion. The route is signposted and can also be done independently. My advice is to go down from Monte San Costanzo to Punta Campanella and not the other way around. The descent is characterized by a steep and difficult slope. It's challenging, but going the other way around would be much more challenging and tiring.

Starting from the small square of Termini you arrive at Punta Campanella with an easy trekking route with a sea view for the entire duration.
Along the route you can also find a farmhouse for a lunch break.... Once you arrive at a point you will find a breathtaking view of Capri

Breathtaking views, the best view of Capri you could wish for immersed in nature and with the blue sea on the horizon.
