Kite Station Sicily and yoga is a kitesurf school and rental facility at Lo Stagnone lagoon near Marsala, Trapani. The offer includes high quality brand new equipment, highly skilled IKO certified instructors and safe conditions. The beach is open and free to use for launching and landing kites. We are running daily yoga classes with certified instructor. School with great vibe, friendly staff speaking many languages. Enjoy your time and learn in fast, safe end economic way!
The school is open from mid-April til mid-October.

First time in Sicily and definitely made the right choice to choose this Kiteschool! I was warmly welcomed by the whole team, with which I spent an awesome two weeks. Everybody was really cool and easy going. Whenever I needed something they would be there.
Lech, the owner, was super kind and helped me with accommodation and car rental even before getting there. He and his team really went above and beyond to make my stay worthwhile!
The spot is great for every level - from beginner to pro. One of the easiest places on earth to learn kiteboarding and progress with new tricks.

This is our third time taking kite and wind surfing surfing lessons, and the whole family agrees that this is the best place of all 3 schools. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient and make it fun! The location is perfect, the water in the lagoon is nice and warm so falling in the water is not an issue. It is also not deep, so easy to hop back on the board. Sad to leave, we would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommend.

It is a Great place to learn kitesurfing. Fantastic team of instructors, well trained and super cool to hang out with. Lech and Pawel are great guys to teach you Kite, very professional and super cool and easy-going people to grab a drink after a long day at the kite spot - spent there a super cool week in the opening season May camp! Highly recommended! Wanna try something new or you're already into kite? one way or another you're gonna have a great time with KiteStation.

First of all the owner (Lech) is the most valuable asset of the spot. Lech and his team (Agata, Natalia and Pawel) are created small but very energetic school. We have rented his equipment for me but also took lessons for my wife and our daughters.
For youngest we have asked for windsurfing lessons and it took only 30 min to get some equipment from other school.
All of them are very professional and what is the most important supportive. The spot is great for all kind of kite surfers advanced and beginners. Long distance shallow water and extremely warm makes kite surfing very pleasant experience.

I'd strongly recommend this school for anyone from a complete beginner looking to learn how to kite to a more advanced rider wanting to progress. My girlfriend took a beginner's lessons with Pawel her instructor and just after 4 hours she was ready to water start. Despite I had my own gear I've received a lot of support from the whole crew and boy I had some amazing time on water. The spot is located on the lagoon with shallow water and very constant and predictable wind. All that makes this spot and the school a great place to kite. I am definitely coming back! 10/10

The atmosphere was fun and laid back, and the staff was friendly and eager to help.
My instructor was really knowledgeable and a very good teacher. I made a huge progress in relatively short time.
Definitely going back in 2016!

Last week my partner and I spent four days with Kite Station in Lo Stagnone in Marsala, Sicily. It was absolutely brilliant.
I was a little worried at first as Kiteboarding is a fairly involved sport. I am just starting out at the sport, I have had a lesson in Australia and own some of my own equipment. I just wanted someone to give me some tips and let me use there gear to get some time on the water. My fiancé however is a complete beginner, I needed someone else to show her the basics and get her up and riding.
I stumbled across Kite Station while searching on Google, they were not on Trip Advisor yet however their website looked clean and informative. I emailed and got a quick response from Lech (the founder of Kite Station) He was great to correspond with and assured me he would look after my fiancé. There are other Kite Schools in the area however Lech offered private lessons as opposed to the group lessons other operators in the area offer.
The area Lo Stagnone is great for all levels of riders however it is particularly perfect for beginners. You can stand up anywhere on the Lagoon and the wind is apparently great 300 + days per year. The wind was excellent for our four days.
We were not disappointed with our choice! Lech was a great teacher and his partner Agata who is also the company photographer is great to hang with on the beach. I took an hour of private lessons everyday for four days and my partner took three hour lessons for three days in a row, she is now up and riding along! My partner wanted me to put in this review that she thought Lech was a very patient teacher, he explained everything very well and gave her a very solid understanding of the sports basics.
The equipment is all brand new, Lech has kites to suit all wind conditions and boards to match. Everything you would expect from a boutique company just starting out.
Give Kite Station a go you will not be disappointed! The only thing I recommend if you are learning is to buy a pair of water booties before you get there, I had to walk around the lagoon and they were a big help.

Kiteboarding or kitesurfing is an extreme sport where the kiter uses the wind power with a large power kite to be pulled on a water, land or snow surface. It combines aspects of paragliding, surfing, windsurfing, skateboarding, snowboarding and wakeboarding.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I plan to go for a holiday from approx 17th till 25th of august. During this holiday I planned to SURF almost every day for about 2-3 hours. I am not a beginner but for safety I would ask for an instructor. I will come with my parents, they obviously don't surf. They will be sunbathing on the beach somewhere nearby I will be surfing. Therefore I need a brief description of the place where surfing area is located, please.Â
Could you, please answer these questions:
-What is the forecast for the waves and wind for those dates(+/- 17-25)? How many metres high waves? If they will be suitable for surfing long board/funny board?;
-How much does the equipment cost for 2 hours + instructor =? Equipment for the whole day + 2 hours instructor =? Equipment for the whole day?
-Do you provide any kind of an insurance?
-How far surfing area is located from the city center (by car; by bus)?;
-Are there any sharks, jellyfishes or other dangerous animals in the water next to the surfing area?
-Do you do groups/individual lessons?
