Nice ride up on the cable car, slightly worrying getting in and out, if you're not quick! Make sure you go up to the top of the mountain when you get there - unfortunately slightly cloudy when we were there, but there was an amazing view of half of the island. Pleasant cafe up there, too. Well worth the journey... More

Well worth the money, make sure you walk right to the top! Very safe. Easy/free parking at the bottom.

This CANNOT be missed. It is spectacular. Serene ride to the top, where you can enjoy a cold (cheap!) beer Not for you if you have a fear of heights.

Fun with wonderful views but it was not made clear to us that the cable cars stop for lunch. we were stuck at the top with no where to sit, swatting bugs for more than an hour. It's is not an easy drive to get here. If we knew the time table would have bee MUCH better!

Took the 'birdcage' two person cable car up (Cabinoveria) and it took 20 minutes. Exhilerating ride, great views and nice cafe at the top. Kids enjoyed climbing up the steps at the top to reach the summit. Really good and worth a trip if you're on Elba.

there's a few ways to get up here, you can hike, drive up half the mountain and hike the rest, or take the funicular. All good options, depending on how much time you have. The best is hiking up. Depending on which path you take, it can be challenging, but choose the right time (of the year and the day)... More

We went to the top with the cableway, and it was a great way to experience the mountain. The price of 18€ is a bit pricy but worth it. You should go early to avoid the flow of tourists. And remember to bring lots of water.

Nice trip up. The view was not as good as we hoped because of the humidity in the sky. We couldn't see Corse. We walked back in 3 hours. Nice scene, especcialy the forest.

This is a must for anybody who goes to the island. It is the tallest peak on Elba and has the most amazing views of the whole island.

Really recommend going up to the top of this mountain! We rented scooters to get there and took the (interesting) lift up. Once up at the top, there is a nice little restaurant for a snack, but the views - spectacular! Go up, you will not be disappointed...
